Measure all ingredients together and blend everything EXCEPT the cheese. Crumble this well and mix in by hand. If you blend it, the vinaigrette will become creamy.

* If you are using fresh or frozen berries, you'll want to cook and strain them and add a little honey or sugar. The jam is ready to use.
All ingredients can be put together in one container, blend well.
Twist: Toss with salad, drizzle over fresh fruit salad with grilled shrimp or chicken. (be sure to marinate the meat in the vinaigrette first). Add cayenne pepper, jalapenos, dried red chilies, to create a slight heat to the dressing.

Measure all the ingredients. Blend all ingredients. Taste; add more honey if needed. The amount of honey can also be lessened from the start if you like a really strong vinegar taste. Sugar can be substituted for honey-start with 1 Tbl. Add the olive oil and blend well again.
Twist: Any type of lettuce and vegetable combinations pair wonderfully. Goes well with chicken or fish.
Soak the ancho chilies in hot water for 1 hour or in tap water over night. Drain well and remove the stems and seeds. Chop.
Blend with vinegar and strain. Add all the other ingredients and blend well. The oils can be added at the start.
If you want a little more kick add some crushed red chilies or cayenne pepper.

Whisk two tablespoon of lemon juice with 1/3 cup of olive oil and sea salt in a small bowl. Add the thinly sliced onions and toss to coat and set aside.
Preheat the grill to medium or heat a grill pan on the stove top over medium-high heat. With a pastry brush, lightly brush both sides of each slice of bread with the EVOO. Place the bread on the grill and toast until light golden brown and grill marks appear, flipping once during the process (take care not to burn the bread).
While the bread is still very warm, rub the cut garlic clove over both sides of the bread slice. Allow the bread to cool completely, then begin layering by adding a slice of avocado. Brush the sliced avocado with a small amount of the onion-lemon-olive oil mixture, and a grind of fresh pepper. Add the smoked salmon, and top with a few slices of marinated onions and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
Twist: Flavored olive oil would add an extra POP of flavor to this dish. Tuscan Herb, House Blend, Rosemary. For an added flavor and a kiss of sweetness use a balsamic reduction to the top!

Broil peppers 4 in. from the heat until skins blister, about 5 minutes. With tongs, rotate peppers a quarter turn. Broil and rotate until all sides are blistered and blackened. Immediately place peppers in a large bowl; cover and let stand for 20 minutes or wrap in paper towel and place in plastic bag.
Peel off and discard charred skin. Remove stems and seeds. Cut the peppers into thin strips; place in a large bowl. Add onion.
In a small bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, herbs, garlic, garlic powder, cayenne, pepper and salt; pour over pepper mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours.
Before serving, allow peppers to come to room temperature. Place on a serving plate; top with tomatoes, cheese and basil leaves.

Cut bread in half lengthwise and then in half widthwise. Combine Butter olive oil and garlic; brush over cut sides of bread. Place on two ungreased baking sheets.
Spread with pesto and spaghetti sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella. Top with the remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400 degrees for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices.

Whisk together olive oil, herbs and salt in a small bowl. Place 6 cups of dry ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle the olive oil mixture and toss. Can keep in a tight sealed container for at least one week.
