Crushed Tomato Salad
Amazing with fresh tomatoes out of the garden.
Ingredients
- finl box mixed greens
- 1 sweet onion finely sliced
- 1 med tomatoes finely diced
- 1 mozzarella cheese in bag
- Basil to garnish
Dressing
- 6-7 Pear tomatoes chopped
- 6-7 Cherry Tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup Basil Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup EVOO of choice
- 1 tsp Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 small sweet onion chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup to thicken
- Salt & Pepper to taste

- Combine all salad ingredients in a big bowl. In a mason jar combine the rest of ingredients for the dressing. Shake well and then pour over the salad.
