Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cups Ricotta Cheese part skim
  • 1/2 cup Arbequina EVOO click on this ingredient to purchase
  • 1 sprig Basil fresh, washed & dried
  • 1 clove Garlic fresh & smashed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 tpsp Sea Salt or to taste

  1. Place the ingredients inside the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until creamy and smooth in consistency. Adjust seasoning and store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to three days.
